No markings. Arched left and right case, net windows

A home owner from Maplewood, NJ says:
Can't find any markings to ID the window or the operator/crank. Both left and right cranks seem to be stripped. Right crank can screw right out of the operator mech.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

If the gears are stripped, the whole thing will need to be replaced. I can't tell what you have based on just seeing its base. Is there any way you can open the window and show me the arms? In the meantime, check out our 39-031 and 39-032 and see if these could possibly work.

I've now included a pic of the arm to help ID the hardware.

Thanks for the images. You should consider our 39-216 operator. Check it out and see what you think. If you also need a cover and handle, see our 39-107 and 39-114L.
