SWISCO - The Replacement Hardware Authority

No names, numbers, or manufacturer ID on handle or any other part of the sliding glass door

A home owner from Eugene, Oregon says:
I'm having trouble locating a replacement handle to a sliding glass door. The thumb lever (which sets the lock) snapped off. The door was installed in 2003 by a local dealer who was using Empire Pacific products; the Empire Pacific products apparently were bought out by a Portland, Oregon, installer who has no record of the unit installed.
User submitted photos of patio door hardware.

Thanks for posting! Take a look at our 82-106. Could you use this as a replacement thumb lever?
A home owner from Eugene, Oregon says:
Thanks, fella. They should pay you more. You found the exact part we needed, so we ordered two just in case we find ourselves with the same trouble a dozen years from now. Best of the holidays to you.
