Not sure what andersen balance I have

I need help with my Andersen sash balancer # 727-102, both the left and right have the same number, is it possible ?

Yes, many types of Andersen sash balances don't differentiate between left or right hand sides. For your own balance, I think you might want to consider our 24-737. This can replace balance boxes with the stamp 727.
