Yes, this is usually a problem with the balance. If possible, please show us a couple pictures of your balances. That will give us a good idea of what you have now and whether we carry a replacement. We may have more specific questions depending on what you have, but let's just get a look at the hardware first and work from there. Thanks!

Thank you for your continued patience. Your balances could be worn and might need to be replaced. Before you go that route, though, you can try winding it up with a 75-006 charging tool. That might tighten up the spring in the tube and give it a little more tension. See the guide below.
