Nuprime Window sash replacement

I need to order a sash lock for a window. Here is a pic of part of the lock. The handle is missing. I cannot send a photo of the handle. Also need sash balances.

I believe this could be a match for our 90-042 Nuprime window lock. Let me know if this is a good match. I'm not sure what balances you need, though. I would need to see pictures of it removed from the window to start.
