A home owner from Fort Lauderdale, FL says:
Your 30" (30 inch) Series 350 Channel Balance webpage provides a selection called "options" on the same page (see below. What are these "options"? I'm not sure if I need to choose one; my chnnel balance has "293" stamped on it; does this mean I should select "2930"?

Casey from SWISCO responded:
Hi George,
Yes, the 2930 is the stamp option you should select for a 30" Series 350 non-tilt channel balance with stamp 293.

S350-30 with Stamp Option 2930 will carry a window sash weight range of 16 through 23 pounds.

This information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction from the jamb weatherstrip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.
