The only marking I can find is the number 9 stamped on the two coil springs.

Please see our 15-191 pivot shoe, which is that is 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick. If possible, we would also like to see your pivot bar to make sure it fits in the pivot cam. If it does all match up, we would also recommend our The 1/2" wide Series 160 coil spring. I think you might have the S160-5 and S160-6; I think that stamp is a 6, not a 9. The plastic cover would be our 15-150D if you also need that.
