Overall Thickness

Hello:

I am trying to buy replacement Pivot Shoes for my windows. I think the 15-048 matches my part pretty well. But the only dimension in question is the overall thickness. Mine measures about 7/8" but the 15-048 states that it is 1". Can you help identify then right replacement part?

That's odd. The manufacturer who makes this style shoe doesn't make it in any alternate sizes. Is it possible that your shoe has worn down?
