PIVOT LOCK SHOE & PIVOT BAR

A quick learner from Omaha says:
This lock shoe is out of a 1988 Timeline single hung window. The manufacturer no longer exists wondering if there is a crossover part for both the lock shoe and the bottom pivot bar.The balance spring has a combination of letters and numbers stamped into it----p C2645. Any help i can get would be greatly appreciated. My name is Randy
