Hey, thanks for posting. If possible, we would like to see the inside mortise part of this lock, that would be a huge help. I would also like your dimensions. In the meantime, take a look at the following handles: our 40-049, 40-193 and 40-211. See if any of these match up to your hardware. You can also use these as a reference for what measurements we need.
