Patio door corrosion

A handy person from Albion Calif says:

dissimilar metal corners in Acorn patio sliders in a saltwater environment corrode due to electrolysis. Looking for all nylon corners and all nylon roller assembly as a fix. Do such parts exist? Any metal even stainless in contact with the aluminum frame will fail eventually. Suggestions??

Are you talking about rollers similar to our 84-073? If so, I'm afraid no manufacturer makes these in all-nylon. I am sorry we cannot be of more help.
