Patio door handle

A home owner from California says:
Hi,

My slide door handle is broken. This is a 40 years old slide door
Attached is picture of the handle
Distance between holes is 3 15/16 inches

Do you have same kind or compatible replacement ?

Thank you for posting. This looks like what we like to call a "gripper lock" patio door handle set. By that I mean that it grips a surface mounted keeper or trim that is attached to the patio door jamb. Is that how yours operates? If so, you should consider our 82-009A or 82-060 handle sets. These work in a similar fashion, however the hole centers are different and you will have to retrofit them to work on your door.
