Patriot Window Part

A quick learner from Middlebury says:
Hello,

I am looking for a part for what I believe is a Patriot window. The window was installed in 1998 or 1999 and is a vinyl tilt window. The part that keeps the balance rod in place broke and I would like to install a new one. I attached photos of both sides of the part. The part is approx. 1-1/8" long, 1/2" deep and 1/8" thick at the thickest point.

Thank you so much for your help.

You are showing part of a broken Patriot window pivot shoe, which is our 15-046. You need to replace the whole pivot shoe, though. It's not repairable.
