Peachtree Balancer OPTION?

A distributor from Mercer island, WA says:
Hi,
There are 2 options on the S745-20 balancer.
What is the difference between those two 19.25-4 and 19.25-9?

Thank you,

Thanks for contacting us! The first thing you should do when trying to determine the balance option is to match it up to the original stamp numbers on your own hardware. What numbers were found on your original balances?

If you cannot locate the numbers on the original hardware, then we can figure them out for you! We will just need to know what the weight of your window sash is. You can figure this out by removing the window sash and placing on a scale.

Stamp options for balances are indicative of the balance's strength. The strength of the two stamps in question are as follows:

The 19.25-4 will carry a sash weight range of 13 through, and including, 17 pounds.
The 19.25-9 is designed to carry 22 through, and including, 26 pounds.

Please keep in mind that the weight range information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.

Hi Donna,
It says "3048J".
Could you please advice me which balancer I should buy?

Thank you,
