Start by looking at our 39-015. This may be what you have, however I'm not sure about the "wingspan" of your arms. See how well ours matches up to yours.

You'll probably have to remove the wood trim over the sill. See the video below. It features a different operator, but the method of removing the sill trim is more or less the same.
