Pella lock stuck will not work

A home owner from Valley Lee Maryland says:
Good Morning,
Our Pella lock will not open. We have taken it apart and tried to open it and it will not open. It started sticking and was difficult to open several days before it completely failed.

Before calling a locksmith to replace it, I thought maybe I should order new insides for the lock from you.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Locked out

Hello,
Not sure if the 40-191 is the Pella mortise latch you need. If you can send us some photos of your latch and lock to take a look at. That is the best to help identify the part.
