This looks like our 90-213 Pella window lock. Please compare it to your sample and let me know if it's a good match.

This appears to be the same style of lock as pictured above. This style has been discontinued and obsolete for quite a few years now, unfortunately. As Paul mentioned back in 2016, our 90-213 is a possible option but it's not a guarantee. All I can say with confidence is that this is the only part we carry that may work in this window.
