Penco window replacement part

A quick learner from Cynthiana, KY says:
Do you carry replacement parts for Pennco windows? I have double hung windows. The bottom window when raised will not stay in position, gravity causes it to close. After investigating, I found the piece that attaches to the bottom side of the window is broken. It stays in a permanently locked position at the bottom of the channel on each side of the window. I need those parts replaced.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
The piece you describe sounds like a pivot shoe. For a Pennco window, start with our 15-208 and see how well this matches up to the damaged part. There may be other possibilities, but this has been used on Pennco windows before. Let me know what you think!
