Pivot Bar help, 26-336 did not fit

A landlord from New York says:
I was cleaning out my apartment after my tenants moved out and noticed that a window was not working properly, I found out it was a missing pivot bar. I cannot any info on any of the windows that indicates who made them to try and get replacement parts. However, I took a picture of remaining pivot bar. The pivot bar on the bottom of the picture is the one from my window, the pivot bar on the top of the picture is one of the ones I bought through swisco (part # 26-336), but it did not fit or work. Any help identifying the one I need or where I can find it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Rick

Sorry Rick, but we haven't been able to find anything closer than the Swisco 26-336.
A landlord from New York says:
Thanks for your effort Mike, looks like I will have to buy a new window, even if I tried to modify the new pivot bar (26-336) I dont think the head of the bar would fit.
