Pivot Shoe

Can you identify a replacement for the attached pivot shoe? The post that fits into the revolving slot has a circular tip on the end of the rectangular shaft. There are no identifying marks or labels on the windows.
The shoe attaches to a spiral balance that has two small pins on a flattened tip to allow attachment.
