I’m hoping that you’ll be able to help me? I have a couple of windows (not certain whom the manufacturer is?) in our home that have broken pivot shoes (see below). I was wondering if you can determine the manufacturer based on the part number and more importantly, if you have the parts available?

I'm afraid I don't know the manufacturer of the window, but the manufacturer of the pivot shoe, a company named Unique, went out of business back in the 1990's. While we don't have an exact match, I believe our 15-046 pivot shoe can be used as a substitute.
