I am looking for the exact parts (if available) or replacement parts for my windows which includes a cast zinc pivot bar and nylon pivot lock shoe.

Take a look at the 15-047 Pivot Shoe and the 26-218 Pivot Bar.

The 15-047 pivot shoe and the 26-218 pivot bar did not work together. The pivot bar is correct, however a different pivot shoe is required.
