Pivot shoe (broken)

A handy person from Texas says:
About 2" x 15/16" x 3/8". Installed in generic single-hung spiral balance windows with no other visible markings. Any ideas?

Please see our 15-212 pivot shoe. I think this might be the part you need. Just double check your dimensions and confirm the size of the center cam hole. The cam hole on our 15-212 is 5/16" wide by 3/16" high.

That was it, Paul, thanks a ton!
