The pivot shoes are starting to wear out in our large (roughly 5'x4') windows. i am having a difficult time identifying which pivot shoes I need for the replacement. any tips on how to identify the proper parts would be appreciated.

If you can, show us a picture of the shoe in question. I'd be happy to research a replacement. Please also give me its thickness and width. It would be ideal if you remove your shoe from the window before gathering this information together for us.

I am attempting to track down a pair of jamb spreaders so that I can remove it for measurements.. I am not having much luck with finding them, additionally they are rather expensive from what I can find online.
