Plastic pivot bar

I tried submitting my product request, with measurements and photos, online but that failed out twice. So I am resubmitting via email.
Sash Nylon/Plastic Pivot "U" Pins/Bars:
Shaft Length: 2 3/8" (2" to face plate, Pin extends 3/8")
Shaft Width: 5/8"W
Shaft Thickness: 3/8"
Face plate: 2 1/8" H x 3/8" W x 1/8" Thick
Note: Shaft can be drilled for set screws
The windows are insulated, vinyl and are almost 15 years old (original home build date) and do not have any readily observable markings.
I would very much appreciate if you could identify and supply these replacement parts.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid this nylon pivot bar isn't made anymore. However, take a look at our 26-412 and let me know if this could work as a replacement.
