Plastic window glide

A home owner from Tucson, Arizona says:

This small window glide fits into a little notch on the bottom of the window and allows the window to move along a metal track in the frame. The windows were custom-made about 20 years ago in Tucson, Arizona. I have 5 windows, 4 glides per window would be 20 of these.

Any direction you can give will be very much appreciated.

Hey, Ron. I'm not familiar with this guide. The closest thing we have is our 87-198, though there are no guarantees that it can work. Check it out and see what you think.
