Please advise on the model??

A quick learner from California says:
Not sure how I can translate the stamps on my window balances to your equivalent models from the attached photos.
Also, I have more than a handful of windows that are difficult to pull up and down. Balances are sometimes not going with the sashes when I pull them. Not sure what the potential causes are.

Please help!

We believe you may need our S385-22 channel balance. The stamped marking of 21 2 will correlate to our 2120 option.
