Please help indetify my Channel balance

A home owner from Richmond, BC, Canada says:

Hi, the string in channel balances on a window is broken. I need to replace the channel balances, specifics are:

1/2 inch channel
non-tilt
18 inch long

Photos are attached. Please help to identify.

Please see our Series 350 channel balance, I believe this may be what you need.

Hello Paul,

Thank you for your help.

I am trying to order two Series 350-18 channel balance as you have suggested. But I don't know which stamp option I should choose. In my old broken channel balance, I can only find the prints "17CU.S.B." See above picture. Please help.

Sure! A stamp of 17C usually corresponds to our 1730 option, but you may want to weigh your sash just to be sure. Refer to the chart on the S350-18 store page to determine what stamp goes with what sash weight.
