Please help me find this pivot shoe

A contractor from Toronto Ontario Canada says:
No markings of any kind. No numbers or letters.
Just looking for something that would work in place of.
I'm in Toronto Ontario Canada and can't find anyone up here that sells parts.

The thickness is 5/8 of an inch width is 1 1/4 inch and length is 2 inches

Thanks for clearing that up. Now, I think you should look at either your 15-070 or 15-047, though I'm not sure which. If the center cam extends out a little bit, then I recommend the 15-070. If not, then the 15-047 might be a better choice. What do you think?

I have the same pivot lock shoe 5/8 thick 1 1/4 wide but 2 1/4 long will that make a difference I,m looking at the 15-047 thanks for help

Thanks for posting. It looks like the only difference is the height, which doesn't matter. Assuming the style is the same, I'd say that the 15-047 is a good place to start.
