Please help me replace this window crank

A landlord from San Francisco says:
The base is 5 1/2 inches
the first screw length is at about 4 7/8 inches
and the second screw is at 4 inches.

we are not sure how long the arm is or what degree of bend it has.

Thanks for posting! I think you should start by looking at our 39-138 and 39-139. These appear similar to your part, and the dimensions you list seem to match. However, you should make sure that the length of the arm is the same. You should also confirm that the "wheel" at the end of the arm matches.
