Please identify window manufacturer and parts

A handy person from USA says:
I have a customer who has a window where the balances wont hold it up. Please see the attached pictures.
Also, I cant see how to disconnect the balance at the top where it attaches to the window frame in order to replace. I don't see a screw that would be holding it in.
Is there a way to replace the parts separately without changing the entire balance? Also I need the sliding lock piece at the top of the window on right side. The little plastic piece broke off that locks the window and keeps it from falling backwards.

Thanks for posting. To start out, your top tilt latches look like our 26-243 and 26-244. Please compare our pictures and dimensions to your existing hardware to confirm. As for the balance, our Series 775 looks like it would be a good match. From your photos, it looks like the balance hooks at the top of the window. Release your bottom shoe by placing a flat screw driver where the pivot shoe goes and while releasing it hold on so not to have it spring up. Then you should be able to unhook it from the window.
