Polybau Window hardwares

A home owner from San Francisco Bay Area says:
I live in San Francisco Bay Area and had over 20 Polybau windows installed in 2005/2006, but several hardware had broken. Can you tell me where I can order the replacement hardwares or refer installer to repair the windows. See attached photos for hardware required.

Thank you and feel free to call me if you have any questions.

Hey, thanks for posting. For the casement window operator see our 39-028E. You may want to remove your current casement window operator from the window just to confirm this is a match, but I think it may be what you want. For the awning window operator, see our 39-015 instead. Just make sure the arm width is the same. You can see our measurements on the 39-015 store page. Both of these operators can use our 39-205 folding crank handle, but you could also just re-use your old handles if they still work.

For the hinges on both windows, see our 36-013-10. This isn't exactly like your hinges, but I think they could still work. Look it over and let me know what you think. The locks could be our 38-091 and 38-092, and the locking bar looks like it was cut down to fit your window. The shortest we have is our 38-903. We don't have anything as short as yours, but do you think you could cut it down like your original? It might be better if you could just re-use that old tie bar and install new tie bar guides like our 39-417.

Let me know if you have any questions.
