Pozzi casement operator mechanism

A home owner from Arlington, WA says:
I have two Pozzi casement windows in the house I built in the early 2000s -- purchased from a local "outlet" that is no longer in business.

First one and now both operator mechanisms are failing. They open easily and close well, too, but only to about 1 1/2 inch from full closure, loud snapping noises coming from inside the mechanism. It takes a nudge from outside to fully close. I don't see any way to adjust these so I guess I'm facing finding replacement parts for them. One is right opening and the other left.

Can you help? Do you carry these?

This operator looks a lot like our 39-253L and 39-253R. Carefully compare them to your own part and see how well they match.
