Quick Question on Channel Balance Installation

A quick learner from Macedonia, OH says:
I ordered the following custom combo:

33D Series 795 channel balance with 15-194 shoe and 15-198 hook

They are the EXACT same size as the old channel balances, I see no differences between the old and the new.

I installed them today, and everything is working, but the strings and/or springs seem tighter than the other 2 windows in my 3 window dining room set-up. In fact, when you unlock the window, it goes up about 2/3

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Sorry to hear you're having trouble. It sounds like the spring might be too strong. You selected the 33D as your stamp option, but are you sure that's correct? Was this the number on your old balance, as well? If so, did you ever find that your windows were hard to operate in the past? Two S795-33 balances with a 33D option can carry a sash weight of 25 through 30 pounds. How heavy is your sash?
