RE: identifying part

A quick learner from Marlton, NJ says:
I recently purchased a home that was built around 1997. I have some broken window parts that I am looking to replace. I found the following information on one of the windows that still had a identification tag.
Universal Supply
29967
2860 Equal Lite SH with Grills
Series 1600 Shadow Line White
09/18/97. 31 1/2 x 71 1/2
121039.S09365. 1.A02 240790
6x6 grills
From the research I have done so far, I believe these are from manufacturer -Patriot Windows. I am looking to replace 10 pivot shoes for these windows. Please let me know what the part number is.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Patriot used many different types of balance systems back then, and that tag does not tell us exactly what you have. That said, the most common was our 15-046. I highly recommend that you remove yours from the window and carefully compare it to our 15-046 to confirm that they match.
