Replacement Block and Tackle

A quick learner says:
We have a block and tackle that has a stamp 3030 HD B.S.I. It looks like your S390 but the stop shoe looks different. The top shoe on the bar that we have does not have wings. The top shoe on your S390 is the 19-005 but has wings. Ours does not have wings. Can you help us identift what we need. The bottom on your S390 looks like the bottom we have on our bar.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
The top guide included in the Series 390 does not have wings. The part number for Series 390 is 19-002. The shoe on the Series 380 is 19-005, which does have wings.
A landlord says:
Thank you for responding, however after reviewing the 19-002 top and 19-005 top apart from the wings there is also a slight difference in design. Does this matter in the operation of the windows after the balance has been installed. If not, what you are suggesting is the Series 390 with the 19-005 top because 390 looks like it has the correct shoe 15-005. So, just to recap I think we need the S390 with 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe. Also balance appears to measure 29 1/2 inches. Would the 390 still work for our needs. Thanks Hugh

Casey from SWISCO responded:
Our balances are only available on the full inch. We can custom make balances with the needed attachments if they differ from one of the standard Series shown on our site. For a custom ordering link email us the quantity, length (excluding fittings), and stamp number. I would be happy to suggest balance attachments if you can post some photos.
