Hi, This looks kind of like EntryGard Dual Arm Operator
Product Code: 39-031...but the numbers on the device dont seem the same.
Can you help me out with this?

Hey, Dave. Our numbers wouldn't match the stamps on your hardware. Just make sure the style and dimensions are the same, as shown in the pictures on the 39-031 store page.
