Replacement Fenestra Cranks

A home owner from Pittsburgh says:
I have a number of casement window cranks -- probably from the 1950s -- that are missing or inoperable. The ones that still exist say FENESTRA Detroit on them (see image).

I want to order a one right and one left to see if I can find a replacement crank that fits.

How can I tell which is the correct replacement crank?

Please see the attached images for measurement of the arm and the distance between screws.

Thank you.

Millie

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Hello, Millie. This is an old operator but we still may be able to help. Take a look our 39-344 and 39-358. These can be installed two different ways: you can screw them down into the sill or, like yours, you can screw to the frame in the window. Look them over and just confirm that the screw mounting holes and dimensions align with your operators.
A home owner from Pittsburgh PA says:
Thank you. I will order a couple of these when I get back from visiting my grandchildren.
If I try one and it does not fit, what is your return policy?

Thank you
