Replacement Iock set for patio glass sliding glass

A handy person from St. John, in says:
The locking mechanism on our door broke and I need to replace it. I probably have to buy the entire lock set, not just a part. I believe a spring or something that provides resistance against the tooth/ locking mechanism broke. The tooth always falls into lock position. The drill holes are 4-15/16. There is not a manufacturer name on the door. Thank you for your help. Jackie

Good afternoon, Jackie. See our 82-005 surface mount patio door handle set. I think this could be a possible replacement for your hardware. As for just replacing the lock, our 82-225 may be a possibility, but I am not sure what yours looks like on the inside. It may be worth considering.
A quick learner says:
Thank you so much for your assistance! I received the replacement part today and it worked perfectly.
