There are a few different possible pivot shoes, based on that size. See our 15-045, 15-134, and 15-212. Carefully look these over to confirm which would be the better match. If you still aren't sure, show me a picture of yours and we can work from there.

Will Pivot shoe 15-212 work with 600 series spiral tilt window Balance?

The 15-212 more often goes with the skinnier Series 900 spiral balance, but both the Series 900 and Series 600 have the same ends so I can't see any reason why either wouldn't work.
