Replacement Winder, casement window

A home owner from Sydney, Australia says:
A 20 year old window winder in my home (in Australia) on either Stegbar or Trend Casement windows has broken.

The winder has broken away and I presume needs replacing and I would like to match with the rest of the windows if at all possible. Can you advise the best way to rectify the problem?
