Thank you for posting. Before I can recommend an applicable replacement balance for you, I just need to know a bit more information. First, can you confirm that the length of the metal channel is 26"? Please do not count the plastic attachments in your measurements.

Secondly, can you tell me if there are any stamps or markings on your channel?

As for your top sash guide, can you show me a few pictures of that, as well, so I can identify the best replacement for it? Thank you.
A quick learner from Palm Bay Florida says:
The metal tube is 25" 26 if you include the plastic BSI 2420 is stamped on the tube. I don't have pictures of the other plastic part I need but can send next week.

Thank you. Please take a look at our S390-25 with a 2420 stamp option. Do you think this might work for you?
A quick learner from Palm Bay FL says:
Yes I think it will work. mine are stamped 2420 so I'll choose that option. A picture of the other part attached it comes off the top corner of the removed sash.

Please see our 18-166. Do you think that might work? Make sure to compare its dimensions to your own top sash guide. If you aren't sure, please let me know the full dimensions of your hardware so that I may be able to find something for you.
