I believe your hinge could be an older version of the 32-345 wrap around type hinge. Take a look and see what you think.

This is the closest I've come to finding what I need. Information on my hinge says the following:

30.310-11.02. Under that it has DO. Then it has 13 DC and PA66. The part that hooks to the frame says Blum 5/8". That part only has 1 hole like yours has, but the surface is not flat. It has 2 flange type things on either side of the screw hole. It says "Made in Austria." I'm sorry, I don't know how to add a photo. It is a soft close type of hinge. Corner cabinet. When it closes, it will just open again and won't stay closed. The cabinets were installed in 2011, Kraftmaid. Hinge is Blum. Silver in color. Are these still made? Would the 32-345 you show be compatible? Would appreciate any information you could provide. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we don't sell this exact hinge and I am unsure if it's still made. The 32-345 recommended above remains our best and only suggestion, but I cannot guarantee if it will work.
