Replacement channel balance

A quick learner from Antelope, CA says:
Hello there,
Through all the posts I have seen. None have covered the one I have. Several are close, and I would rather be safe than sorry. The ones I have are labeled 26 4 CALDWELL JL. I hope this helps to identify the right part.
Thank you so much any and all assistance that may be provided.

Please start by looking at our S385-27 channel balance. This comes with the 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom, so as long as those match you should be okay. I'd also recommend our 2640 option.
