Replacement for Pivot Piece

A handy person from Havertown, PA says:
What I assume is called the pivot shoe broke in my window. I have temporarily glued it back together for the attached photos but am sure it is weak and will break again. All info is included in pdf document. Let me know if more info is required to identify part.
Thanks.

Take a look at our S140-7 pivot shoe. Could this work for you?
A handy person from Havertown, PA says:
I did not need the full S140-7 assembly, only the Quick-Tilt Pivot Shoe Sash Carrier (Product Code: 15-215) which appears to be an exact duplicate of my broken one. I have ordered 2 of them since the left side may be also damaged and will let you know how it works out. Thanks for the help.
