A home owner from naperville says:
Bottom of Operator 7702. On the arm is 07900. Handel is on the right-side of the operator. Split arm is on the left.

Thank you for posting! Have you seen our 39-387 & 39-388 Wright split-arm operator? This appears similar to your own hardware. Let me know what you think.
A home owner says:
The arm dimensions are a little different. 3.5" on the outer arm and 4.5" inner arm to center of gear. Will it make a difference?

Those are very subtle differences. I don't know if there would be an operator with such a small change from the 39-388. Are you making sure to measure from the right spots? For the link arm, you would measure from the center of the hinge rivet to the center of the link hole, not the length of the entire arm. The inner arm would be measured from the center of the hinge rivet to the center of the gear. Double check and let me know!
A home owner says:
I measured as show on the picture of product 39-388

I see. I'm not sure if it will work, but it's the closest match we have. I think there's a chance it will be okay, though. The total length of the arms for the 39-388, when added together, is close to 8", same as yours. I still can't be certain, but it might be a good place to start.
