Replacement latch hardware for my patio door

A quick learner from USA says:

I looked through your website but was unable to find my hardware from the pictures.

My patio door is about 20 years old. The opening in the metal door is 1" x 7.25". The opening is cut through both sides of the door and is located 5/8" from the edge of the door. I have attached several pictures to help with your research.
