Replacement mechanism for Pozzi Casement Window

A home owner from Bend says:
I need to replace the mechanism on my window - about 35 year old Pozzi (now Jeld-Wyn) casement. The gear mechanism doesn't mesh throughout its travel.

The former owners of the house had a spare mechanism for a window that opens from the opposite side. That mechanism (2nd photo) is identified as a Truth 45251 on the bottom side. So I need the opposite hand version.

What is your replacement part #?

Thank you,
Eric

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
If you need an operator with a 13-1/2" arm, take a look at the 39-013 and 39-014. It looks similar to the one in the photo. The 39-013 and 39-014 are a newer type of operator with an oval base. You may also want to check out the 39-205 fold-down handle, if you need it.
