Replacement part for Pella window

A home owner from Carolina Shores NC says:

I bought a house that has Pella replacement tilt in windows. There is a part located on both sides of the upper window that keep the lower window from opening more than 2". A few of them are broken so I'm hoping to replace them. I have sent a picture as a referance.
