Just started replacing balance rods from Swisco with help of your video.
My top tilt latches are also failing and need replacing. As well my weather strips at the bottom of the Windows needs replacing. Can you assist me with proper replacement part numbers. The pics below I hope are helpful.

Hey, John. I'm confident we can help, yes. The top sash tilt latches resemble our 26-243 and 26-244, while the bottom weatherstripping looks like our 58-182. Please review the pictures and dimensions we have for these products and see how well they compare.
